Robert de By and Connon Wood LLP secured a victory for two world-ranked beach tennis players in the Court of Arbitration for Sport, allowing the world-ranked players to compete in the 2019 World Beach Games in Doha, Qatar. The players were initially denied eligibility to participate by the Association of National Olympic Committees, which was then overturned by appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
